A West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) Soldier assigned to the 1092nd Engineer Battalion cuts a notch into a post in order to complete an obstacle course for the Sissonville High School Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC).
