U.S. Army Pfc. Ryan Lennon, 1-118th Infantry Battalion, Company B automatic rifleman, fires an M249 Squad Automatic Weapon Nov. 15, 2019 at Fort Stewart, Georgia, as part of individual weapons qualification (IWQ). U.S. Army National Guard Soldiers conducted IWQ and crew-served weapons qualification on a variety of weapons at several ranges during four days of training, Nov. 14-17, 2019. In addition to completing weapons qualification, Soldiers also competed in a company-level Best Warrior Competition that included a road march, land navigation and a board, in addition to weapons qualification.
