Capt. Joe Salinas briefs Iraqi Army intelligence officers on a staff planning exercise in Irbil, Iraq. The Special Forces Soldier, a fellow team member and Repuplic of Korea Soldiers have been working together to train the 20th Iraqi Army Brigade in their Basic Officers Training Course. It is a five-week course of instruction, consisting of basic commisioned officer knowledge, taught to Iraqi officers from the rank of second lieutenant up to brigadier general.
