    191106-N-QR336-5004 NARRA, Palawan (Nov. 6, 2019) Construction Electrician Constructionman Trey Keaton, from Louisville, Kentucky, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Palawan, uses a vibrator to ensure that no air pockets are created within the footer. These footers will be the base of a new two-classroom school at Malatgao Elementary School. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
