    191106-N-QR336-5003 NARRA, Palawan (Nov. 6, 2019) Steelworker 2nd Class Morgan Klaus, from Weston, Florida, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Palawan, helps haul concrete to the footers with the help of members the Armed Forces of the Philippines 2nd NMCB. These footers will be the base of a two-classroom school at Malatgao Elementary School. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
