Dewey Langston, Patriot fire control enhanced operator/maintainer, Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, completes a graded essay about Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael A. Grinston’s “this is my squad” initiative to strengthen squad-level cohesion amongst Soldiers during the Pacific Guardian of the Quarter Competition at Sagami General Depot, Nov. 6. Nine Soldiers and noncommissioned officers assigned to various units throughout 38th ADA Bde. competed in a grueling test of their physical and mental abilities during a quarterly contest, Nov. 6-7.
