A mock casualty is stabilized by members of the Kentucky National Guard's Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear high-yield Explosive Response Force Package's Search and Extraction team May 23, at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville, Ind. The joint CERFP includes Army and Air guardsmen who can provide immediate response capabilities to the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the event of a CBRNE incident.
