Col. Jonathon Chung, commander of 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division pins Army Achievement Medals for exceptional results on the Expert Infantry Badge and Expert Soldier Badge planning team following the first-ever integration of both tests in Army history at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Oct. 31, 2019. "The integration of ESB and EIB has been seamless,” said Sgt. Maj. Stephen Siglock, the brigade operations sergeant major who served as the non-commissioned officer in charge of the testing, attributing the week's success to a thorough pre-screening process, ample train-up time on the lanes, and the emphasis on squads working together throughout.
