SAGAMIHARA, Japan – Maj. Sirena Sias, signal officer, 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, gives candy to children during the 1st Annual 38th ADA Brigade Trunk-or-Treat event to deepen community ties at Sagami General Depot, Oct. 30. Sias’ “Candy Land” themed trunk was a favorite amongst many as her work received recognition as “Best Trunk” by Capt. Frederick Sherman, Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 38th ADA Bde. during the event’s closing ceremony.
