SAGAMIHARA, Japan – Children enjoy arts and crafts together during the 1st Annual 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade Trunk-or-Treat event to deepen community ties at Sagami General Depot, Oct. 30. The arts and crafts table provided the opportunity for both American and Japanese children to interact despite a language barrier.
