Marine Corps Community Services representatives and Marine Corps Installation West Communications Division personnel cut the ribbon for the grand opening of the first self-service mini mart at the MCI-West Communications Division compound on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Oct. 28, 2019. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the opening of the first Marine Corps Exchange self-service mini mart.
