John Dickens, operations officer for the Marine Corps Installation West Communications Division, makes the first purchase at the first ever self-service mini mart after the ribbon cutting at the MCI-W Communications Division compound on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Oct. 28, 2019. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the opening of the first Marine Corps Exchange self-service mini mart.
