Every player enjoyed a golf goodie bag, courtesy of event sponsors, in the 2012 Society of American Military Engineers Scholarship Golf Scramble, May 18, at Windtree Golf Course in Mount Juliet, Tenn. The proceeds are used to provide scholarships to undergraduate and graduate engineering students (and similar programs) awarded by the Nashville Post each year. Lt. Col. James A. DeLapp, Nashville District commander and president of the SAME Nashville Post, presided over the event and presented awards to the top teams.
