A Nebraska Army National Guard Soldier is transferred by a stretcher into CHI Health Saint Elizabeth hospital after being “rescued” by a Nebraska Task Force One firefighter from Stagecoach Lake using a hoist from a Nebraska Army National Guard UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter during Operation Titan Fall, a domestic emergency response exercise, Oct. 19, 2019, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
