A Nebraska National Guard Soldier reads the symptoms card assigned to a simulated victim who was extracted from a lake by a Nebraska Task Force One firefighter using hoist capabilities from a Nebraska Army National Guard UH-60 Blackhawk, during Operation Titan Fall, a domestic emergency response exercise, Oct. 19, 2019, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
