Built in 2013, the disaster relief warehouse (DRW), located in Freeport, Grand Bahama, survived Hurricane Dorian and was able to provide life saving supplies to the local community. The DRW is a 4,800 square foot facility, equipped with an office meeting space, 180 square foot secure storage space, restrooms, warehouse pilot storage, 40 pallet racks, 20 kilowatt gas generator with auto transfer switch and a 1,000 gallon rainwater storage tank. The facility was built as part of U.S. Northern Command’s Humanitarian Assistance Program.
