MAURA, Brunei (Oct. 22, 2019) Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Brig. Gen. Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, RBAF joint force commander, provides his opening remarks during the opening ceremony for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei.
