Naval personnel in blue coveralls and blue hard hats are handling a rigid inflatable boat (RIB) suspended by a crane hook with rigging straps aboard what appears to be the hangar deck of a large naval vessel, likely an aircraft carrier or amphibious assault ship. Multiple sailors are managing guide ropes to control the suspended watercraft as it is being lowered onto a wheeled cradle or dolly. The scene depicts a standard boat handling or onload/offload evolution conducted by a coordinated deck crew.

ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 7, 2019) Sailors assigned to the expeditionary sea base USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB-3) prepare a rigid-hull inflatable boat prior to routine training drills. Sailors aboard the Puller conducted rescue swimmers proficiency training and man overboard drills. Lewis B. Puller is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean Sea and the Pacific Ocean through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
