A diver wearing a diving mask and wetsuit is being assisted out of open ocean water onto an inflatable rubber boat (RIB). Two personnel wearing blue helmets and orange/red life vests are on either side of the boat, gripping the diver's arms to help pull them aboard. The setting appears to be a maritime rescue or training exercise in calm-to-moderate sea conditions.

ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 7, 2019) Gunner’s Mate Seaman Brad Dantuono, assigned to the expeditionary sea base USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB-3), is pulled out of the water and into a rigid-hull inflatable boat during routine training drills. Throughout the morning, the Sailors conducted rescue swimmers proficiency training and man overboard drills. Lewis B. Puller is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean Sea and the Pacific Ocean through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
