U.S. Army Sgt. Zachary Morales, assigned to Task Force Spartan, takes his military working dog Jeck through an explosives identification drill on Al Taqaddum Air Base, Iraq, Sept. 11, 2019. Utilizing patrol explosive detector dogs allows service members to identify the presence of explosives designed to cause disruption to operations within Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) areas of operation.
