    NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Oct. 15, 2019) Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Genesis Fernandez, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) aircraft intermediate maintenance department (AIMD), treats Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Michael Ward, from Dalton, Georgia, assigned to Ford's medical department, for a simulated puncture wound in Ford's AIMD offices during a medical training evolution.
