Military personnel in a confined space are conducting what appears to be a medical training exercise or casualty care drill. A person in dark navy uniform is lying on the floor acting as a simulated casualty, while individuals in camouflage uniforms attend to his leg with what appears to be a bandage or tourniquet. Medical supply packaging is visible nearby, suggesting this is a first aid or combat casualty care training scenario.
