    The Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District held a ground breaking ceremony for levee modifications of the right bank 613 and right bank 616 levee systems. In attendance were Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts, US Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District Commanding Officer Col. John Hudson, Congressman Don Bacon and various local officials.
