Sgt. 1st Class John Santos, 1st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC), helps prepare equipment for the 3 repetition maximum deadlift event of the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Oct. 16, 2019. Sgt. 1st Class John Santos established this program to help expand the force of ACFT administrators and graders throughout Camp Arifjan.
