Staff Sgt. Eileen Crandall, 103rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC), helps mark the distance during standing power throw event of the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Oct. 16, 2019.
