    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Oct. 1, 2019) After graduating from Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship, Lt. Houst, Lt. Kirk and Lt. Snyder gather for a photo.
