    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Oct. 1, 2019) Lt. Gretchen Kirk receives a certificate for completing Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship from Cmdr. Porter Evans, associate director for Mental Health. The program affords civilians who have not yet fulfilled post-degree requirements the opportunity to commission as naval officers and train to practice as psychologists in the fleet.
