Cmdr. Jedediah Kloppel receives honors as the official party departs following the future USS Cincinnati (LCS 20) change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Kloppel relieved Cmdr. Kurt Braeckel as the ship's commanding officer. LCS vessels are high-speed, agile, shallow draft, mission-focused surface combatants designed for operations in the littoral environment, yet fully capable of open ocean operations.
