Oklahoma, Michigan and Minnesota Air National Guard medical personnel prepare litters and equipment for incoming patients aboard a UH-60 Black Hawk who will be processed into the En Route Patient Staging System-10 (ERPSS-10) during Northern Strike 19 at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center in Alpena, Mich., July 30, 2019.
