A student with Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 03-20 answers basic Naval and Marine Corps questions while performing physical training during Room, Locker and Personnel inspections on Sept. 26, 2019. Physical training is incorporated to increase their stress level. These future officers will be required to make ethical decision. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbue them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment in order to prepare graduates for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
