    Spc. Anthony Skulina (green uniform, red belt), of the 296th Engineer Detachment, and 1st Lt. Isaac Bray (gray uniform, blue belt) of Company E, 237th Support Battalion, compete in the welterweight division championship match during the 2019 Ohio Army National Guard Combatives Tournament Sept. 14, 2019, at the Maj.
