GROTON, Conn. (Sept. 20, 2019) Cmdr. Shawn William (left) relieves Cmdr. Brian Nowak during a change of command ceremony for Naval Submarine Support Center, New London (NSSC NLON), aboard the historic ship USS Nautilus (SSN 571) at Naval Submarine Base, New London in Groton, Connecticut, Sept. 20, 2019. NSSC NLON consolidates common immediate superior in charge (ISIC) functions supporting the ability of COMSUBRON Four and COMSUBRON 12 to organize, man, train and equip assigned submarines.
