RALEIGH, N.C. – Jeff Daye, an enrollment officer for Duke University and North Carolina Central University, motivates rising high school students about the Reserve Officer Training Corps program during an annual Service Academy event Sept. 21, 2019, sponsored by the North Carolina National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion at the NCNG Joint Force Headquarters. Military Service academies to include the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine brief rising high school graduates on opportunities offered to them from each academy.
