ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 17, 2019) Avaition Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Courtney Turner, from Zion, Illinois, left, and Aviation Structural Mechanic Airman Mariella Gonzales, from Beaverton, Oregon, install blade clamps on an MH-60R Seahawk helicopter assigned to the “Vipers” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 48 on the flight deck aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72) during a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise with other U.S. Navy warships.
