A returning warrior represents a table and offers feedback to Capt. Marcus J. Cromartie, commander, Navy Region Southwest Reserve Component Command, during a large-group session called “Improving the Process” at Denver’s Returning Warrior Workshop. All 18 tables consisting of returning warriors and their guests, were given a chance to address Cromartie on ways to improve any part of the deployment process for sailors.
