Carter, speaks to soldiers, reservists and members of the Round Rock community during the opening ceremonies at the new state-of-the-art Armed Forces Training Center on May 5. This 125,000 square-force facility provides modern administrative, educational, library space, learning center, weapons simulator, and two maintenance areas to the more than 600 soldiers and reservists stationed there.
