U.S. Army National Guard Soldiers with the 151st Expeditionary Signal Battalion, 228th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade, South Carolina National Guard, prepare to assist the South Carolina Highway Patrol in Bluffton, South Carolina, Sept. 4, 2019, with vehicle recovery teams to help keep roadways clear during the evacuation.
