    Special Operations Command South

    Representatives from the local government, security and safety agencies from Panama, U.S. Embassy Panama City, and Civil Affairs team members assigned to Special Operations Command South, meet during an opening ceremony to officially kick-off a weeklong first aid seminar at the Centro Cultural, Provincia de Chiriqui, Panama, Aug. 26, 2019. The first aid training is part of a series of Civil Affairs engagements focused on strengthening partnerships while enhancing readiness and cooperation among first responders, law enforcement and community leaders.
