    Special Operations Command South

    U.S. Army Civil Affairs personnel assigned to Special Operational Command South demonstrate various buddy carrying and litter techniques during casualty evacuation training. Civil Affairs and Panamanian safety and security agencies personnel trained on aspects of first aid and combat casualty care, strengthening the relationship with civilian and government organizations participating of the training in Provincia de Chiriquí, Panama. The first aid seminar is part of a series of Civil Affairs engagements focused on strengthening partnerships while enhancing readiness and cooperation among first responders, law enforcement and community leaders.
