Steelworker 3rd Class Blake Leben, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, uses an acetylene torch to heat-bend a battery cover. NMCB-11 is currently forward deployed to Rota, Spain in support of Commander, Task Force (CTF) 68, to provide expeditionary construction and engineering capabilities, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and exercise related construction for the 6th Fleet area of operations.
