Construction Mechanic Constructionman Joshua Smith, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, uses a ratchet to install an antenna cover on a Humvee. NMCB-11 is currently forward deployed to Rota, Spain in support of Commander, Task Force (CTF) 68, to provide expeditionary construction and engineering capabilities, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and exercise related construction for the 6th Fleet area of operations.
