Morrison “Mo” Miller, an Elizabethtown, Kentucky, resident and chairman of the board that maintains the Brown-Pusey House, recalls how a commissioned officer at the poisonous snake testing area of the Armored Force Medical Research Laboratory named Capt. Herschel Flowers would hold his hand up in front of cobras to get them to strike. Miller worked for AMRL from 1962 to 1963.
