Michael Meno, commanding officer, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion ONE, receives a Colombian sombrero as a gift from the local community, during a ceremony celebrating the construction of a new school for the indigenous Wayuu people of Colombia, as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2019.
