    190830-N-AZ907-0195 RIOHACHA, Colombia (August 30, 2019) - School children hold signs expressing gratitude for the Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion ONE and the Colombian army engineers who built a new school for the indigenous Wayuu people of Colombia, as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2019.
