Col. Seth L. Morgulas speaks at the 369th Sustainment Brigade Change-of-Command ceremony on Saturday, August 3, 2019. Morgulas took over command of the brigade from Col. Stephen M. Bousquet. Brig. Gen. Michel Natali, the Commander of the 53rd Troop Command and Assistant Adjutant General of New York, attended the ceremony.
