New York Army National Guard Col. Seth L. Morgulas accepts the colors of the 369th Sustainment Brigade from Brig. Gen. Michele Natali, during Change-of-Command ceremony on Saturday, August 3, 2019. Morgulas took over command of the brigade from Col. Stephen M. Bousquet. Brig. Gen. Michel Natali, the Commander of the 53rd Troop Command and Assistant Adjutant General of New York, attended the ceremony.
