Leo Devora, the Postal Warrior1 9 OIC from the 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, conducts a morning coordination and synchronization meeting during Postal Warrior 19-2 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, Aug. 10 to 30, 2019.
