U.S. Army Reserve Col. Kelly McNeese, outgoing commander of the 211th Regional Support Group, passes the unit colors to Col. Julianne LeFevre, commander of the 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), during a change of command ceremony on August 18, 2019, at Corpus Christi, Texas.
