U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 19.2, Marine Forces Europe and Africa, mark the direction of wind with visual panels on the drop zone during a Joint Precision Air Delivery System exercise in Zaragoza, Spain, Aug. 20, 2019. The delivery system is an airdrop device that uses prepared geographic coordinates programmed into a computer system to guide the parachute to the ground.
