NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Aug. 20, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Anthony Parkman, from Detroit, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) deck department, performs maintenance on a winch for a rigid hull inflatable boat in Ford's starboard boat stowage area.
